Newsletters...
Practice
newsletters targeted to physician colleagues are an
excellent means for subspecialty physicians to increase
referrals. The newsletter should feature articles of
interest to the referral physicians and emphasize the
specialists training and experience. Reach and frequency
are important for establishing name recognition and
most of our customers choose to distribute their newsletters
quarterly.
A primary objective is to establish the practice as
a "center of excellence" and the physician(s)
as a thought leader in his/her specialty area. A generic
newsletter featuring articles supplied by others does
not meet this objective. The
newsletter should reflect the quality of the practice
and preferably be printed in two or four colors. Paper
should be high quality gloss of at least 60 LB grade.
Where feasible the newsletter should be mailed in a
practice envelope as this greatly increases readership.
Web
Innovations in conjunction with Medical Market Analysts
produces custom newsletters for physician practices
throughout the United States. We develop the graphical
layout, suggest topics, edit the articles, and manage
the mailing list. No office staff labor is involved
other than approval of the message, layout, and final
copy.
Newsletters
are mailed to areas designated by the physician and
can include several zip codes or even entire states.
Once the newsletter design is complete and the printing
press charges are incurred, additional copies are not
expensive. The major cost of increasing the size of
the audience is postage.
We
can produce your newsletter at very competitive prices.
In fact, our cost is lower than companies that promote
generic newsletters that have little or no customization.
